I said this, but in a slightly more dickish way. Probably why I remain in purgatory.

D40 second generation, has been sold since 2004 and architecturally isn’t all that different from the earlier D22 it replaced“

Yes. The correct vehicles for a suburban family are a minivan and a crew cab truck. Nothing is beyond your vehicular capabilities.

If a reliable car is a necessity, don’t feel bad about financing it. Businesses don’t operate on cash only, and neither should you if it nets you a gain.

Tesla is already eating lunches, and it should be valuable, just not Toyota valuable. Pe is generally used to compare within sectors. So Toyota is like 12 for whatever that’s worth.

Umm, comparing tech and discount retailer pe is pretty meaningless. Target’s is like 12, Costco’s 30, and Toyota 12. All pe really tells us is market expectations of growth (Blue sky) within a given sector.

“...Weird unnecessarily complicated throttle” perfect description.

They can restrict fuel or air.  Amounts to the same thing.  Air is easier

Well the story above was about planning a trip based on expressed range and charger locations; a totally normal and intelligent thing to do. If that range inexplicably (to a non ev nerd) changes, and those chargers aren’t available, it’s problematic.

Should we tell the fia that spark ignition is plasma ignition?
