That was definitely the first thing I thought. Then I remembered she put her kids on the boat. So now I don’t think that. Though maybe she had other kids that had died?

Clearly you’re not in the market for it, but TMO offers an option for unlimited LTE, with no throttling. I think I pay an extra $10/month for it. Maybe it’s a legacy thing (I’ve been with them since 2008), but I don’t think so.

Rehashing what I said on the full deals page, but this doesn't seem like anything special to me. You've got a picture of 60W-equivalent bulbs, but those were never $24 for a six-pack, the 40W-equivalent ones were. The 60W-equivalent ones are $30/6 for non-dimmable, $36/6 for dimmable. You can walk into Costco any day

The lightbulbs in the image are 800 lumen (60W equiv), but the price for them starts at $36, not $30. $6 apiece for a 60W-equivalent LED bulb is not an especially good deal—there were 3-packs for $12.99 at Costco a few weeks ago.

I'm with Charter and get my phone service through them as well. Looks like this modem doesn't support that. Anyone have suggestions for a good one that does (and works with Charter)?

Why is it relevant that she's a virgin? If she was a lotsa-sex-haver, would it be somehow better?

I'm sure many have beaten me to it, but:

I lived in Chicago for > 20 years. Drove the whole time. Started off really aggressive, never got cut off, had a few close calls. At some point figured out that the risk of crashes wasn't worth the few extra seconds it'd save me and stopped tailgating.

In most jurisdictions, the law is that if you're in the intersection before the light turns red, you're allowed to complete the trip through it.

Yep, red light cams cause problems. Probably they should go.

Quick question. With multiple monitors, when I forget to hit option and it goes fullscreen, it also greys out whatever was on the other monitors. Is that a bug or a feature?

Hey, seeking advice from others on hangouts/voice.

Most of this seems like good advice, but strongly disagree with this:

How many would you need to melt down at a time to compensate for the cost of fuel to heat them to melting?

Near as I can tell, that searches for content. It doesn't search for channels.

Thanks. I've used the roku remote app, and it's nice, and way better for entering long bits of text. I'll try others —> the idea of channel search is tantalizing. But I LIKE my roku remote. I like that I don't have to look at it to press buttons. And easier text entry is nice and all, but I still don't get why Netflix

What does "stream directly from Netflix and YouTube apps, similar to the Google Chromecast" mean? Does that mean you can take a stream from your phone/computer and have it play on the Roku instead? If so, I can see why that is helpful for YouTube, and I use it sometimes. But I don't at all see what the advantage is of

I dunno. Our tenant has bad credit. She's been autopaying (with erentpay) for the better part of a year now. Two of the payments have still been returned.

Sorry, burden of proof is on the side of intentionally inflicting pain in children. Where are the recent high-quality studies showing that it has a positive effect? Oh, right, there aren't any.
