Windows: Ctrl-w closes window, alt-f4 closes program.
Atheist married to another atheist for 10+ years, after 3 years of shackin' up before that. Much of what everybody else says, but also:
Something is happening with prioritization of windows. I have both excel and chrome open on external monitor, various other things open on macbook screen. For a different comment, I wanted to work in chrome while also looking at system preferences. And I got this:
I'm not finding that option, at least under that name. I see:
I miss the "today" button in the upper-right of the calendar. Hopefully this is a short-term problem, but while the calendar is synching, it keeps taking me to previous months.
After install, it's not using the entire display on one of my external monitors. There's about an inch-wide strip of black on the right side.
You can change this by going to system preferences —> mouse —> uncheck "Scroll Direction: Natural"
Finally got around to trying this. Ordered some flaxseed oil from Amazon, switched from peanut to flaxseed. This stuff, right out of the shipping box, is FOUL. Is that a little-known secret that no one talks about, or did I just get a bum shipment?

I like rechargeable batteries for the feel-good-ness of them, and I use them. But there are a few things that are missing from this calculation, that might tip the economic balance:
Both of my most recent home phone numbers had this problem. I took all the calls, I told them this was a new phone number and that they needed to remove it from the file. And I also kept logs, including the name of the company that was calling. Twice I got a second call from the same company. Both times I asked for a…
Why all the talk about shaving cream? It doesn't help. It just breaks down your face's natural oils, which lubricate your face just fine for shaving, and makes you dependent on it.
Looks like I originally posted this in the wrong thread. But I just installed Nova, and it won't import from my old Go launcher. Am I missing something. Will Apex?
