I have asked smart people about this. The counterpoint is that, technically, you don't HAVE to own a car and therefore carry car insurance. ACA is the only piece of legislation that compels you to do business with a corporation.

Also Big Bend!

Sigh.

Indeed! No one ever knows what the drummer looks like.

This guy's accent makes him sounds like a cartoon character/joke/Django Unchained villain to me and I can't take him seriously. Am I…a bigot?

Don't feel uncertain about your happy video, Jenn Wasner! I saw a Flock of Dimes show a few days after the election and it was the first time I had felt good in a few days. The opening act (and backing band member) played a song called "National Anthem of Nowhere" about internationalism that really hit a poignant

Also this is just ungrammatical: "and when discovered, was immediately corrected."

Ya, it's really more rural versus urban for whatever difficult-to-parse sociological reasons. Plenty of Trump signs in glorious, blue Massachusetts, for example, when you get away from Boston.

The only thing is that the awards seemingly made an effort to not be politically preachy, probably exactly to get ratings. Maybe their reputation preceded them.

Not me. I heard that and thought "This is basically the apotheosis of the sound this band has" and after seeing that they aren't changing it, am not interested in the new stuff. "Don't swallow the cap" is a cool song though.

Maaaan, I knew nothing about this band except the music, so this is the first I've heard about this romantic relationship. Bummed that Amber Coffman isn't on here, as she is a huge part of the band. This is why you follow the rules. http://beenlookingforthemag…

Sure is funny though.

Confused this with Middle Kids, another band that has been all over the radio where I live and has an imminent album release. Sheesh.

Thank you for a reasonable and polite response representing "the other side."

The Republican congress refused to allow the federal government to directly negotiate the costs of prescription drugs for the ACA, which is by far the largest health care cost and getting worse. That is why your insurance is expensive and getting worse. Or, if you live in a red state that refused to set up a proper

We are in for another cyclical recession any time now. It wouldn't be Trump's fault unless he does something idiotic like start a trade war with Mexico, but he sure would be blamed for it.

No way in hell does the Dem candidate win Cruz's seat BUT I've been hearing some amusing rumors that the Republican party dislikes him so much they will support a primary challenge against him.

Those burritos were choice!
