The helmet is integrated with EOTS and IRST in this aircraft. The helmet will not work PERIOD with legacy fighters. HOBS probably would though. I think we already use it in a limited sense, in the 15' 16' and 18'.

I’m not an F-35 detractor at all, but calling the F-35s EW capabilities cognitive A.I. is misleading. It’s cognitive E.W. Electronic warfare. A.I. is artificial intelligence. There’s a BIG difference. We are still 30-40 years away from true A.I.
