Way to be a dick and incorrect at the same time. Hiding the game’s ending behind collectibles is fucked up. Collectibles are for hardcore gamers who want achievements and 100.00% completion. They’re not storyline stepping stones to get to the end. No other game does that.

Now THIS is how to do early access! I think a better option for developers (and easier) is compensating someone for the cost of the game. Basically, “Help us improve the game and we’ll give you a free copy!”

I entirely disagree. Story based games are the best for gameplay videos. Because then, you’re pretty much just watching a really good movie. Unless you mean decision-based games, then yeah, at that point, you wanna make your own.
