This is 100% the middle third of the pilot.

My understanding is that showrunners in some form have always existed and are usually the main executive producer/writer. Someone like Norman Lear for instance is a well known show runner from a previous era. (more shows have writers rooms now, so the showrunners as guy who runs the writers room is a little more novel

I’d guess that people with sensitivity to unusual food (either due to an allergy or some sort of stomach disease or something) often exaggerate the consequences because if they don’t chefs will almost certainly assume they are being a picky eater and ignore them on anything where it’s not easy to tell. For instance if

Chris Carter :(

“it’ll be the first time any of the various Shondaland shows have overlapped”

Have Private Practice and Grey’s never overlapped?

“I was deep throat, does that answer your question. You remember, deep throat, the guy that got the crooked president kicked out of office.”
-Deep Throat to Lisa, Newsradio

I feel like he says shit like this about all his stuff. And then later, when it’s clear the movie is going to be terrible, blames studio interference or whatever...

The way we see all three of the legacy characters break in different ways and then come to terms with what happened to Kylo Ren is one of my favorite parts of the new trilogy, although I can certainly understand wanting the certainty that after RTOJ they all lived happily ever after.

The fourth ending makes so much more sense than any of the others.

There was a petition (well an online poll) to change the Mass Effect 3 ending and they changed it! Therefore petitions always work.

I genuinely thought this movie came out like 8 months ago, which was the last time I saw a commercial for it

Finally he’ll be able to give all of us “Virtuality” fans the answers we’ve been waiting for!

Something something Review five stars

I feel like maybe a 3rd of the people on every transatlantic flight I’ve taken in the last 6 months have been watching the “Morgan Freeman and Other Old Guys Rob a Bank”, “Morgan Freeman and Other Old Guys go to Vegas” and “The Bucket List” triple feature.

He’s great in Deadwood (like everyone else in deadwood), where he’s sort of playing against type.

I’m not a TV contract scientist, but it seems like this wouldn’t be Jeffrey Tambor’s choice.

I’m sure our middle east peace czar Jared Kushner, who was just revealed to be secretly funding settlements, will be able to smooth over any tension this decision creates.

If there’s any marvel character who needs a Harry’s Razor...

Yeah, I mean stupid in that the concept is unbelievably goofy. Its a really fun comic (and like all of King’s stuff, is an incredibly well crafted comic), definitely one of my favorites of the year.

I get why you’d want to make some changes to Alex from the comics, but it seems weird that like everyone else has powers and he’s just like a sort of normal kid who is like ok at hacking I guess? Like he’s not really the leader in this (SINCE NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING), so he seems weirdly out of place.
