Going into the show, you might have been worried that three seasons wouldn’t be enough time for them to get past the boring stuff and give us the stories we all really want to see. Stuff with evil twins and magic native americans and people saying the word granilith over and over for a whole season.

Hasn’t Sandler’s problem always been acknowledged to be that he’s a lazy actor, who often puts himself in projects that seem more like studio funded vacations than movies with scripts that are basically begging for phoned in performances.

I was so excited when this event featured that dumb baby Darkseid, so not seeing him in this preview is a huge disappointment.

I’m not sure what the punchline is in “...where lies the strangling fruit that came from the hand of the sinner I shall bring forth the seeds of the dead to share with the worms that gather in the darkness and surround the world with the power of their lives while from the dim lit halls of other places forms that

Supergirl should die and get replaced by 4 cooler more eXtreme supergirls, like a supergirl with sunglasses and a robot supergirl. This would be a perfect opportunity to introduce supergirl’s sexier clone power girl

This movie looks very red

GET THE HELL OUT OF OUR GALAXY

Between this show and his seasons of Dexter, I’m a little worried Scott Buck doesn’t understand like basic morality.

Weirdly, Legacy doesn’t seem like it’s really a relaunch, at least not to the extent that something like secret wars was, even though its being branded as such. There are a few books with new creative teams, most notably the Captain America, and some new titles like the Thing/Human Torch comic and the bi-annual

The movie literally assembles an avengers team out of a bunch of the lame supporting characters from like 2 Fast 2 Furious, has Vin Diesel say “these guys are cool now and you’re excited to see them,” and we the audience are like “sure, works for us.”

It’s amazing how much time other franchises spend establishing characters boring origin stories and powers, adhering to continuity, etc. even after Fast Five taught us that audiences are perfectly fine just having a line of dialogue about Ludacris being the world’s greatest hacker and then skipping to the fun stuff.

Seeing the preview image for this clip is making me tear up.

He gave his life to stop us from nuking ourselves and you don’t even have the common decency to put him on this list!

What about The Iron Giant???

I sort of love/am horrified the idea that someone looked at those times reddit tried to solve crimes and ended up failing to solve the crime and making some random guy’s life miserable and said “this seems like a great idea, what if I made a procedural about how great this is”

I really liked Billy’s power set and not making health regenerate, although I agree with Matt that, especially in the later levels, you were really encouraged to just kill everything (there were so many enemies relative to what you could effectively do to sneak past them). But her power set was really fun to play

Remember how there was a pretty little liars spin-off about ghosts fighting the devil and then when it got cancelled a character came back to pretty little liars and was like yeah I was fighting the devil but I got bored so I decided to help you with your high school bully instead, and then no one ever talked about

I think I’m 2>4>3>1, although this over 3 may be recency bias. There are a few dud episodes, but the ending feels like such a great, um payoff I guess to what they’ve been building in the show. I like 3 a lot, and it has the two best episodes of the show, but so much of it just feels like an even darker retread of 2.

I’m sure we are like 3 episodes away from Barry and Iris moving to the 30th century, where Iris is from, and then dying stopping the Anti-monitor. Unfortunately, he’ll come back to life in a decade with a darker, grittier and more batmany origin story.

Most importantly, if Abrams makes this, when is he going to find the time to go back and wrap up all the loose ends from Undercovers? What was operation nocturne??? Why does Gerald McRaney care about it????
