I went to a talk given by academics who work for google. They tried to use all google products to do stuff (i.e. the weird google+ skype thing instead of skype, that google docs version of power point instead of beamer (math powerpoint)). They couldn't get anything to work. It was great.

Do the first levels of Star Wars: Dark Forces 3: Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast count as a tutorial? That game sure spent a lot of time making sure you were comfortable with the fps mode of the game that you would never see again after you got the lightsaber.
This being a property no one has heard of has to be a good signal right? There are still so many marvel characters/teams that are vastly more marketable than this, so the fact that this got made has to be a sign that at least the pitch was pretty good.

TV has taught me that I'm teaching my students way too much about economics and not nearly enough about business plans and what the stock market is in my economics classes.
The show at least implied that he became Odin to get Jangles and he got all the heroin by stealing it from busts. And he distributes the drugs with magic or something!
My clearest memory is being really annoyed that my bus spent 5 hours in traffic because some guy got shot like half a mile away and they had set up roadblocks and stuff.

The Colbert interview with Ketchup perfectly encapsulated all the problems with the movement. He clearly went in expecting to have a normal colbert interview where he looks like an idiot, and within like 30 seconds in the two occupy representatives made it impossible for him to look sillier than them.
The commercial assured me this was the next great drama.
The commentary on video games is going to feel really out of place in this.
