Just an example - but RDR2 went too far with the whole nourishment angle. Hunting to collect food for the camp is fine. Eating to restore health/stamina/dead eye is fine. Having to eat as you go along in the game so you don’t lose too much weight and get sick is a step too far, IMO... particularly with where the plot…

Had this happen to me on Delta. Late connection landed me at Hartsfield 20 mins before my next flight’s departure. I’d agree with that, and I say this as someone who loves the books and the show, including seasons 7 and 8. I dont think he has regrets, I just wonder, considering that he backed away for a specific reason, and still failed.

That is a great point that perhaps addresses the shortcomings without unnecessarily bashing D&D. The simple reality is that, despite its faults, these two created one of the greatest TV shows ever and the hate they are getting is the whining of petulant children more than anything.
