I’m chalking it up to Dany presumes that Rhaegal will let it happen since its at her direction, just like Drogon allowed the ranging party to ride him when Dany flew north of the Wall to save the day.

I completely forgot Chris O’Dowd was in that movie...

I’m not sure if it would ultimately piss me off or leave me feeling satisfied that they stayed true to the character, but WHAT IF the film ended on a scene of the Joker revealing that this film has been him retelling the story but that he’s not even sure what parts are true anymore?

Sorta like Ledger with the “You

This 100x. I love every second of Batman ‘89, but Ledger is the best live-action Joker. Period. Hands down. End of debate.

This.  Nothing about Tami’s behavior over the last 2-3 eps has sat right with me.  Almost like they are setting her up to be Lip’s Monica...

I’ve always enjoyed the Kev and Veronica story lines, but they are so detached from the main plot, you almost forget they are neighbors.  In the early seasons, Kev and V were extensions of Fiona to the rest of the kids (V in particular), but now you have them off doing their thing at the alibi and having no part in

Nothing like keeping things in perspective...

My mom would have gone ballistic on me for spitting up on the carpet, but my son can poo directly in her hair and she’ll just fawn over how adorable he is...

I work with alot of people from Indiana and this is the universal commentary - as bad as Trump is, at least he spends most of his time stepping on his own landmines. A President Pence would be a far more hardline conservative AND have the political savvy to get the work done.

Pete Stark (D-CA until 2013) was the first openly atheist member of Congress. Current Reps Jared Huffman (D-CA) and Jamie Raskin (D-MD) identify as non-religious Humanists and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, D-Ariz is openly atheist

This - 100%. My first son was born 12/5 and its caused me to examine everything I know from my own upbringing and think about the kind of man I want him to be.

Voter suppression, big money in politics, gerrymandering, and anti-democratic policies are big big problems.

Meh, people were saying the same thing about Jordan Peele in the lead up to Get Out and Michael Keaton pre-Batman 1989

A live action take on the Arkham Asylum game series would be epic. Super Dark, suspenseful, don’t-bring-the-kids-type thriller.

I usually find that the prices are competitive or cheaper than what I can get at the store, and the convenience of getting heavy or bulky stuff delivered is huge.

I’m kinda in this camp too. If this stuff is true, and if his career is over, I don’t see how that obligates me to trash everything he ever did. I’ll still enjoy Shawshank just like I still enjoy the Usual Suspects. I don’t have to love the people behind the characters in order to appreciate the art.

The Right really has perfected the victim mentality. for all the vile, hateful things they say about their political opponents - most notably the Obama family - they cry foul the moment even the slightest rebuke is directed back at them.

It’s a wonderful case study in the divergent paths of wealth and privilege. Two men, comparable age, born into families of wealth and power who attained the highest levels of American society.

If you haven’t read it, read his book Decision Points. I was no fan of GWB’s Presidency, but I read that book and there is no denying that, whatever his faults, and no matter how flawed his judgement, the man acted in a manner that he genuinely felt was best.

A great piece of dialogue from the Newsroom, referencing the Tea Party, who’s brand of hard-right conservatism has completely taken over the GOP

My wife is already prepared to absolutely ugly cry in the theater.
