As a Pats fan, I am so happy to read the comments here and see that now that Deflategate is behind us, Kinja is skipping the terrible “Those fans were a little deflated not to get a good seat” jokes and is getting back to the real reasons we deserve criticism, namely that we are fat, white, and dorky.

I have a dog like the one you mention who is overly aggressive when he’s playing. You are definitely in the right. That owner should be much more conscious about their dog. I’ve taken my dog to the trainer to try to correct this. It’s really hard to keep a dog under voice control like that, but it’s on the dog’s owner…

Any picks outside of the first 5 (depending on the year) are just crap shoots anyway. The 76ers offering the 24th and 26th pick in the first round and thinking that’s meaningful, as if this were the NFL, is laughable. Those picks have next to no value, since it’s so hard to draft well in that range.
