So, you’re saying they’re probably going to fall somewhere between 6-10 in a deep draft class? Sounds good to me.

Way too early to make any assessment on Fultz, who was the top pick for most people for a reason. Ball looks awful, and needs to change his shot, but I would honestly be shocked if he doesn’t develop into a competent NBA point guard in a year or two.
I feel like the people that call him LeBaby are the same people that say Libtards.
I mean you’re kinda ignoring the whole long term plan that is necessary for creating long term success. Dak and Winston have the potential to be very good quarterbacks for a decade. Those teams aren’t much better with Kap anyway and certainly aren’t winning anything, so you don’t do it. For some of the injured…
I thought the movie was very good and a rare good portrayal of the feeling of being 17. I think the reviews are a little over the top, though. It was a solid movie and I would certainly recommend it, but it’s not record breaking reviews good. Probably my third favorite movie of the year, behind The Big Sick and Dean.
Si…
And your solution is?
I agree with your assessment that knowing what Webb is as a qb is worth any risk of dropping in the draft. However, I could not disagree more about your take on the draft.
Just imagine the what the thermostat would be set at!! Probably ~50 degrees F (a full five degrees lower than normal)
Hahah yeah, maybe he’s going with geno to give Webb more time to prepare by taking first team reps/to protect him.
True, but people get passes because of injuries (which expose them as bad coaches) all the time. Eli still has a year or two left in him so I wouldn’t be shocked if they want to stay the course and make another run with him.
Pretty brutal, but I’d rather find out now than a month from now when I’ve already spent entirely too much on gifts and whatnot. Now they’ve got a great excuse to not get people gifts. I’m almost jealous.
You’re probably right, but I also don’t think it’s unreasonable to think that a decision came from higher up to tell him to bench Eli o lose out. And e would obviously say it’s his decision either way. I don’t know. I don’t really care, I hate the giants and I’m enjoying this. I has happy the day they hired him…
All fair points. Is it a sure thing that macapoo is getting fired? Like has it been said? Because that certainly affects the philosophy for the rest of the season.
All I constantly hear they haven’t been tested yet and the national media was very slow moving them up the power rankings. They’ve been tentative about calling them one of the best teams in football when they are THE best team in football.
I mean, the goal at this point should be to lose games. Geno Smith is better at losing games than Eli. I’m of the thought that if you’re benching Eli, you should play the kid and see what you have, but what if he’s good and your draft pick goes from 3rd to like 8th and you lose out on a franchise changing player? I’d…
He’s obviously an immediate upgrade, but at this point in the season they’d probably have one or two more wins assuming he doesn’t start the first game or two. They’re probably a coin toss to make the playoffs, considering two teams in their division would have a game lead on them. All things considered, yeah, you go…
Yeah, I’d rather give trubisky a shot on a bad bears team than go with a known quantity like Kap, who isn’t making that team a contender to make the playoffs. The list of teams he makes sense for is short, but those teams that should have hired him should be condemned.
I think you’re right, they’re gonna have to shake things up if they want to raise their ceiling. As it stands now, they have no real chance at developing into a team that is better than the celtics or cavs in the short term, or the celtics, 6ers, or bucks in the long term.
If you think they’re a playoff team with him, then yes. There are two seven win teams in that division though. You only want him if he makes your teams a playoff team. Otherwise it’s a waste of a chance to evaluate talent and get a better draft pick. Texans and packers probably should have picked him up after those…
I got relegated to the grays some time ago because I had two separate accounts, one in my phone and one on my computer. I got logged out of the computer one and couldn’t remember my login info. So I logged onto mobile but apparently it’s a different account and I’m stuck in the grays despite being an approved…
