This is a good point, but I believe Grey has spoken at length about how she regrets her nose job.

She was flat out told that her nose was too “ethnic” (read: JEWISH) for her to get work. This is a woman who had recently starred in Dirty Dancing and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, and whose father is one of the most legendary figures in motion pictures (and who also, it must be said, has a painfully obvious nose job.)

From what I understand, she regrets the nose job.
