The fact that you’re still talking about it and income inequality is a mainstream issue means it did something, right? You could say it contributed to the rise of Bernie who has become a powerful voice and it reshaping the Democratic platform.

It’s funny/annoying watching people twist themselves into knots instead of just saying, “look, I want a conservative supreme court and nothing else matters to me”. I’ve only seen a couple of Republicans say it and it’s fucking infuriating, but at least they aren’t pretending we’re stupid.

While I do agree it is also worth noting that in today’s age with viral memes and Twitter, people don’t read trustworthy news sources and facts don’t matter anymore. So while unionizing will fix a problem that needs to be fixed, I don’t think it gets rid of the growing alt-right.
