I saw a similar long bed dump trailer take a chunk out of a Sam Houston tollway lane a few years ago. I was behind the dump truck just as it hit the toll plaza doing 60mph. It was ugly.
I would not take it on a highway, but around town or a campus would be great.

I always get nervous driving over drawbridges. One family vacationing at the Jersey shore had to think fast and jump their Toyota over a drawbridge because it started to raise while they were on it.
