Counter point.  Let F1 stay the way it is... boring and uncompetitive.  Keep bleeding good talent to other series that are more interesting to watch anyway.

People keep relying on Tesla’s “technology” to justify the stock price, but I’m still confused what technology Tesla has that other OEM’s don’t.

Canapino has been largely ineffective as an Indy Car driver through about a year and a half and isn’t particularly good or interesting to watch.

I’d imagine in most major cities, these would be stolen right off the pole within a week.

Musk, along with the billionaire investor Nelson Peltz, has also briefed Trump on a plan they have developed to invest in a data-driven project to prevent voter fraud, according to some of the people.

I think Farley’s position is almost entirely political, which may or may not be a good thing come November. I think Farley is desperate to be pals with The Felon, and if he had his way he would take Ford entirely back to V8'ing everything. But he also knows he has to hedge his bets in the event that The Felon loses

It is (but probably shouldn’t be) astonishing to me what is happening with the billionaire class in the US right now. Economic inequality is the highest it’s been since before the Great Depression, we have a guy running for president who wants to INCREASE that inequality, and he is considering appointing a billionaire

I can’t wait to see what all you “omg no carplay” people do when it gets eliminated from all OEM systems.

    You can’t be serious.

Not a single dealer near me in Dallas has a mark up on the Equinox EV, but as long as people are willing to pay the mark up, you can’t really blame dealers for trying.

Even so, F1 isn’t competitive, at least not at the top of the pack.

Cool. How about instead of this, F1 starts worrying about how to make the sport exciting. Watching the race in Monaco this weekend felt like a chore compared to watching the 500.

Ok, swap Saudi Arabia with Canada then. Either way, I’m tired of people who act like they are the ultimate patriots when they aren’t.

I bet a friend $100 the other day that after he wins the election in November, he will immediately start working on subverting the 22nd Amendment and will absolutely be the GOP candidate for 2028.

Before we do that, can we require that China drop all their EV’s subsidies/incentives on their cars being imported into the US? Or are you a big fan of imbalanced markets?

I always scratch my head when I see people in Texas rocking their lifted trucks. You’re filling those trucks with Saudi oil, and then hating on me for being “non-’murica” for driving an EV that is mostly powered by Texas wind energy and was built in Michigan?

Ok Bradley.  You’re right, we should punish someone perpetually.  That’s definitely the spirit.  Way to be an adult about it.

He owned what he said and apologized. We choose whether or not we take him at his word that he learned from it and is working on making himself a better person.

It was fun to watch, but the real news here is Kyle Larson flying in real quick and making the fast six despite never having raced an Indy car.

Tesla likely has a fleet sales team who negotiates with rental car representatives and agrees on a price per unit that an average retail customer can’t get.  Basically a buy in bulk discount that won’t ever be published (so it won’t impact residuals).
