You could try volunteering for a cause you believe in, or taking a class in something you want to learn about. Even taking a cooking class - even if you don’t make a lot of new friends, you at least have food to eat!

You may want to discuss it with a therapist or counselor. If you are unhappy but doing well academically, you and the counselor could come up with strategies. If you do not want a career in the field you are getting a degree in, it may be time to cut your losses so to speak.
