Idiots can be assaulted. And maybe she was. But it’s not unremarkable that by far the most serious accusation against the president’s general election opponent comes from a Putin zealot who took steps to hide evidence of that adoration when she chose to come forward with (at the time) less serious accusations.

I mean, the dirty old man/MeToo vulnerabilities have always been built into who Biden was going to be as a candidate. Aside from his age, it was those vulnerabilities that had me hoping that he’d never even consider running—and assuming that he would eventually flame out if he did.

But this is where we got a weird part of the story. And I don’t mean in a way that discredits the accusation, but rather makes me even more confused about the timeline.

It also seems like mainstream news outlets are free to take the investigative steps they think Halper should have taken but didn’t

I was thoroughly opposed to having Biden as the candidate, but here we are. Honestly, I think voters know we’re electing a placeholder who won’t be capable of completing a four year term (which makes his VP choice more significant than ever).

Should these accusations be treated in a measured way? Yes.

Such a thinly veiled threat. He said that in print? I’d be litigious as fuck if I had Grande money. That’s an easy settlement right there.

I’ve seen Stacy Abrams floated as another VP possibility. She’s quite young by politician standards, has some pretty good name recognition right now, and she was endorsed by Bernie in her gubernatorial run. She is also currently not holding any office, so she doesn’t have to worry about vacating a valuable senate seat

Okay, what is your deal right now? No one is chasing Garrett with a pitchfork. So you’re just being contrarian for no reason? How novel.

I’m a Milwaukee resident so I’m quite familiar with Gwen Moore! We like her a lot around here.

I also hate Jimmy Boy but yeah, his also seem to pass the sniff test. At the risk of sounding overconfident, his and Fienstiens sound mostly regular.

I found your every-day Pete supporter to be about as refreshingly agreeable as any supporter you’d find this campaign season. Liz Smith, however, was just a ball of resentment and aggrievement.

The Democratic Party is, of course, not all bad.” The Sanders campaign is about disruption. Disruption is powerful when deployed effectively, however, Sanders misunderstood the mood of the electorate especially black voters whose existential dread has been laid bare in the age of Trump. Hiring a spox who mocks those

Girl, you are seriously arguing with a right-wing troll whose literal screen handle is “Trump/Bezos2020.”  Let him go.

It’s sad, then, that she has served her candidate so poorly. Like, she is right up there as one of the reasons Bernie’s movement is so much more insular and so much smaller than it was, last time. She is absolutely toxic on Twitter. She ranks right up there with Liz Smith (Mayor Pete’s campaign manager) as one of the

Did you ask her how Jill fucking Stein is doing? The worst campaign spokeswoman ever.

HE was not. His campaign made poor decisions again. Only went to Mississippi twice in 5 years, has no field offices in Georgia and had three times the amount of staff in Nevada a state that has a state with less delegates than South Carolina. That’s not voter fraud that’s bad math. Sanders never polled above 30% you

Because Sanders believes that we got Trump because of policy and black Americans believe we got Trump because of white supremacy.  MAGA is not about rectifying NAFTA, Trump supporters back the USMCA it’s about their identity as superior and that will overrule logic.

The same one who was trying to suppress the vote.
