I usually dislike cringe comedy but I loved Fleabag and Crashing. She is so talented and I hope she gets way more gigs. Also, Susan Wokoma pops up in Crashing and she makes all the good Brit shows (Chewing Gum, Crazyhead, etc.) even better.

Never said it was empowering and I never said I didn’t think she was immature AF and somewhat problematic. My point was that people (and some journalists I follow/read on twitter) are almost irrationally over the top with their dislike about Swift, especially since off the top of my head I can think of five just as

I thought the bit about how people move on from drama but she underlines things in red line, the never trusting anyone and not being trusted, etc. was a (poor) attempt to be sarcastic/parody of her reputation for being a vindictive victim like she did with that one sarcastic/parody song about all her exes from her

Cackling

It’s weird though because in the books she repeatedly mentions missing Sansa and that she’ll put up with Sansa’s girlishness.

I agree that Arya doesn’t have the full picture, but Arya isn’t stupid. Arya should realize that 11 year old Sansa is not the same as 17 year old Sansa who she sees trying to feed her people and do busy work instead of giggling over dresses. I can’t believe that Arya hasn’t heard about how terrible the Boltons were or

Isn’t Robin Arryn under LF’s thrall though? I thought the whole reason she didn’t rat him out is because LF has a hold of Robin and Robin would either be furious at the people who killed him or insist the Vale kinghts come back to the Vale.

There’s one part of the Arya/Sansa/LF (and Brienne) storyline that is especially cringey and hasn’t played out...so I hope the resolution is better than the spoilers....but I doubt it.

Eh, Sansa hates LF and recognizes him as pure evil....but she also recognizes that he’s brilliant, has a hold over Robin Arryn, saved her life, and got her away from the Lannisters. She’s doing her thing and finding food for the smallfolks and her sister starts berating and threatening to murder her? For enjoying a

Ha, that’s my theory about Cersei’s death. If Jaime knocks her up and she dies in childbirth, in the world of GOT one could argue that she died partially because of her younger brother. Since Rhaegar’s three dragon heads didn’t pan out exactly, I could see Cersei’s prophecy being carried out but not verbatim.

I probably would have taken it literally if I didn’t remember that sarcastic song constantly being played on the radio a summer or two ago. I’m not into pop at all but that was one of the few pop songs that I thought was sort of a bop along with some of her mortal frenemy Perry’s older songs.

Huh? Are you trolling? Taylor has played the victim to several people. However, a lot of the gossip blogs/media leaned hard into racist tropes about Black men when they covered her and Kimye’s “feud” compared to her other “feuds.”

I can’t take credit for Darth Becky. I read it somewhere and it stuck.

I interpreted the chorus/look what you made me do as being sarcastic, especially since she had that sort of sarcastic song about her exs that played on the radio all the time from her last album. Dislike the song, but I give it half a brownie point for not being about victim hood for once.

I mentioned this before but I can’t find it in myself to get that worked up about Darth Becky and I think it’s weird how people have rewritten her as evil incarnate. I dislike how she put Kanye in her revolving door of victim hood and that the racist media leapt on it. She’s annoying imo and I dislike her white

Yep, this is not uncommon although it is usually not quite as brutal. It’s not just the splits either as some coaches mistake gentle pressure/getting someone in the right position for brutally yanking or pushing an arm or leg like a kid is Gumby.

The previous French presidents also rang up similar bills and it’s more the make-up artist than the actual make-up.

He was sort of popular here in Los Angeles with Black and Latinx folks, but Clinton still beat him by a healthy margin and won L.A. and San Francisco County with more votes than expected.

Polling showed that there was a geographical divide, an age divide, and an issue of when your state voted in the primary. Under 25 Black men went for Sanders and over 25 Black men went for Clinton and a similar thing played out with Clinton although she attracted way more Black women.

Ha, revealing my inner nerd. In the books, there are several mentions of the Blackfyre rebellions and one rebellion went on for fifty years (the Blackfyres are a family that originated from a former illegitimate Targaryen).
