I live in Portland, and they love bikes. How do they hate mountain bikes?

Nonsense. It doesn’t rain “all the time.” It rains constantly for 8 1/2 months, and then sporadically for 3 1/2.

Go ahead and shut off the lights on your way out. I'm calling it, this site is dead.

Find an XJ6 Jag. Road trip it and dump it for what you paid for it.

Why are you Randomly Capitalizing important sounding Words? Good on you for nailing financial literacy, now work on the actual literacy. First lesson: what’s the difference between a proper and a common noun?

It flew from Switzerland to Arizona 7 months ago, so it is in "flyable" condition.

He's become a bit of a caricature of himself the last couple years.

Back then it was called "fuck buddies"

A Civic? A minivan? Try a 1980 Pinto Pony station wagon, purchased in the spring of 1980 with a low mileage 1970 Torino Cobra as a trade in. It's been 42 years and I'm still pissed off at my dad.

Probably the most profound thing I've read on a car site. Damn.

My ex-wife and I collected the Camel cash, but we didn’t like anything in the catalog. Then they issued one that offered a $25 Ticketmaster gift certificate for 100 Camel bucks. We turned in several thousand and went to concerts for free for years.

I remember when this was a site for actual car people. I rarely come here anymore, and I’m remembering why. Besides the fact that I haven’t apparently kissed the right asses to be able to post a comment. Everybody should check out the Autopian it’s what this place used to be...

Fine, how are you any kind of a car person and not realize you're driving a diesel?

I think I was about 11 when Geraldo pulled that stunt. I waited all week to watch that shit. I was pissed.

He didn't really make any assumptions, you said that you spent 22k. And do you really think electricity is going to go down, with demand going up (by force) and no way to meet predicted demand or the capacity to carry it if we could generate it?

Its about vehicles, blocking roads. Seems pretty appropriate for a car site.

Rain gutters. Even if you don't smoke (yuck) some people like to crack the windows. Can't do it without a constant stream of water coming in.

Its not at all avoiding anything, and I'm not saying we shouldn't do it. But until we have the capacity to generate enough power without burning more fossils, we aren't really doing anything. It's just virtue signaling. Add in the environmental damage from the mining of rare earth elements, in China mainly and using

Sweet! Depending on where you live, we burned that much more fossils to charge your car. You aren’t reducing emissions, you’re just stirring the food around on your plate.
