No. At least in Oregon, dealer plates are actual license plates thst are registered to a dealership and not a specific car. The dealer is allowed to put them on any vehicle in inventory.

Honestly? Chase. Yes, they’re  a big bank. But I left wells Fargo 5 years ago, and Chase has been nothing but awesome.
