Also as someone who has been subjected to workplace harassment I personally did experience symptoms of extreme anxiety and I really fucking resent it when other commenters say those symptoms are more in line with rape victims. Cases like these are so heartbreaking because no one really doubts for a second that these women's lives would have been in danger if they attempted to leave yet juries really don't have much choice faced with the way the law is written. Unless they go for total jury nullification which is rare.
