Are you getting control top ones? They are awful. Other than that it's just like any other hard to shop for item (see: jeans, bathing suits) you just have to find the right brand for you and then stick with that. I find some incredibly uncomfortable and some I barely notice at all.

Thank you, I was about to comment similarly. It was only apparent after the deal had been made because photos/videos were discovered. There is nothing similar in this case just a jury verdict people don't agree with.
