@keldo: I know, I love that part.
@keldo: I know, I love that part.
@I am calm, but thanks: I don't mean to be rude about it but I was just curious because it would be really odd for them not to require that.
@I am calm, but thanks: North Carolina? Yes they do. Page 2, V., (A), (2) Sexually Violent Offense, that's rape.
@elijabet: They do. I'm not sure why people seem so convinced otherwise?
@YoungBayardRustin: Yes, once they get out of prison.
@Never_Nude: Agreed. Every word.
I don't like that look in her eye...
@BabyJane: AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
@BabyJane: Good call.
@Federov: Me too, but I haven't watched in years. But I feel like they were always like so and so is a blank major at whatever university.
@badmutha: Center Stage much?
@BabyJane: Yes. That's probably why she didn't win ultimately. Too scary.
@Adah: & mgallagher713: Huh. I wonder why they went with 17 over 18.
The winner was 17? Huh. I don't know why but I thought there'd be like, age requirements.
@Tarrow: They can be one in the same but not always, is my unhelpful answer.
@knitwitnancy: Of course. However that's an issue for her attorney to raise in the course of her defense. If this in fact goes to trial.
@curiousgeorgiana: I find the charges themselves a little confusing but I don't know anything about Illinois law. The criminal code can vary widely from state to state.
@Tarrow: Lying to the cops isn't against the law. Obstructing justice is.
@Dancingfrog: Yeah it happens but nobodyr is claiming it usually happens. Big difference.
@small-fox: I agree, it's really impossible to judge the situation we really don't know any details.
