He is essentially jailbreaking his xbox. Yes you can do some wrong things in that setting, but you can also do some cool stuff that would be fantastic if microsoft would allow it. I think that tweaks shouldn't be looked at as a bad, but directly taking others property and making money off of it is.

Let's not forget about QA. They tend to work long hours in tandem (if not longer) than developers. And they are usually the first or second group blamed when an issue if found.
