As much as Grey's is nowheres near its prime seasons IMHO, Scandal was so bad at times this year that it made Grey's look like the "American Crime" of Thursday night ABC TV. I dont remember an episode of S13 that was anywheres near the level of absurdity and terrible writing as the Huck Rescue episode of Scandal, or…
