So did you.
So did you.
I'm not buying that response from Tom. If he *really* wanted to piss people off, the band would go touring with Bieber.
I wonder if Slayer ever decided to cover a Morrisette song, since, you know, they like pissing people off.
The main riff to "Repentless" is pretty effin sweet. But yeah, they seem to be few and far between anymore.
I'm not sure why we're arguing here—I've never had a problem with the fights depicted on tv, because if you start making fight scenes completely realistic, it doesnt make for interesting viewing.
HAPPY LOOK OUT!!! OHHHHHHHHH!!!!
I want to see the complete, uncensored, D.E.E. system in action.
I would agree, but 2 larger men on 1 slight woman is always going to be iffy (IRL). Liz did eventually turn the tables on those 2 FBI agents (Gaad was one, right?) in the fight.
Ummm, I was making the point to Tsunami that I dont think Keri is significantly larger than Archie, and thus isnt any more likely to fight off two larger men than Kalinda versus one larger man (also, she had her bat), assuming both have h2h fighting skills.
Oh, I understand why they would be that way—-but they could've been a little more subtle in the setup/writing IMHO. Or gone into a little more depth other than "Trump bad!". Especially since the plots often had nothing to do with President Hairpiece.
Well, not the entire nation. And they could have been a little more subtle about it. The main characters often did things like "OMG you voted for trump? YOU EVIL BASTARD" with not much deeper reactions than that. The brow-beating of Trump is one thing on a political left wing satirist's show like Colbert, but this…
Uh-oh you badmouthed "The Americans"——you in trouble now! ;)
Didnt know that about Netflix. At least theres hope we get to see these already purchased eps!
My only problem with this excellent first season was the constant beating-over-the-head of the writers/producers dislike for Trumpity Dumpity Doo.
No more so than say, Jack Bauer being basically impossible to beat one-on-one in a hand to hand fight. Or, on "The Americans", where Keri Russell beats the heck out of two knife wielding men in a dark parking lot by herself. And that last example is supposed to be a relatively realistic series (at least compared to…
I dunno—-I gather from the way they were setting it up that this was not your garden-variety trojan horse, and it very well might have been approved by IT in their office.
Didnt they already renew for Season 2? Be interesting to see what happens if AA goes south before they can air. Maybe they'd run the eps on network TV, like say Saturday night to replace the nearly-certain-to-be-cancelled Ransom (which I enjoyed, btw, but it has no chance of being renewed).
I think he means that it used to be far, far more of a disparity between PC and console—-like in the 90s and 80s, you'd pop a disc or cart into the console, and were ready to go.
This is an 81 Honda. How dare YOU.
Amy Ryan has a nice ring to it.
