Another fg awesome tune I haven’t heard in a long while. You are hitting it.

I am truly sorry to hear it. It says in the Rolling Stone article I’m reading now that Frank said she hit Jim Morrison over the head with a hammer when they were kids. She was a treat all her life, apparently.

Now playing

Gail Zappa’s death was announced today.

Loving it here, Little Italy in cleveland is about as close to London as I’m going to get in this town, so I’m rolling with it. Haven’t gotten into the food yet, but on weekends you can smell the pizza sauce in the air, no lie. Lots of students around as Case Western reserve University and the hospital is right around

Dude. That was a great DUAN night. I truly enjoyed SRV (glad you got it rolling) and the Trull.

Cardinals fans trying every possible method to send this link to Matheny.

Please let this be the only thing from ‘80s hockey that comes back.

not sure, but I bet he could nail just about anybody on a crossing pattern

Not great. All he did was throw Hail Marys.

Also very underrated in defense. I saw a lot of players roll into Safeco thinking they were going to turn singles into doubles or triples and finding out Ichiro was quick as a deer and had a pretty good arm to go along with it.

I was an M’s fan living in LA his first year when my boss offered me some Angels-M’s tickets (he had no interest). So my friend and I go to the game, interested to see this Ichiro dude everyone’s talking about. First at-bat, he hits a sharp but routine grounder. We follow the ball as it’s fielded and tossed to

Ground balls anywhere but right at fielders were a joy to watch when Ichiro was at bat.

Ichiro is so awesome. Imagine if he started playing in the majors when he was 20 instead of 29. He’d have had one of the greatest careers ever.

If I’m not mistaken, I think this makes Scherzer the first player to have two no-hit, no-walk complete games in his career, let alone one season.

Not only did he strike out 9 in a row, he struck them all out swinging.

Love that guy. A riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma. (I’m specializing in stolen quotes tonight).
