People are going to start making a lot of excuses for this, and that’s fine. I think it’s fair to point out that some of this discussion is premature since we barely know anything about her and how the game will deal with her being trans, if she is.

I am addicted to Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It’s really fun. This isn’t sarcasm. Also, I love your podcast.

Journalism doesn’t really work like that. My job is to remain in contact with games so that people can be informed as to what’s happening in them. I try to call out trash practices when I see them. I’ve done that for Battlefront II, be that my review or a longer piece about how much I think loot boxes are bullshit.

>As much as I genuinely hate this progression system, it’s so deeply baked into the DNA of the game that I don’t see them losing it.

So stop playing and even more importantly stop reporting on it.

BF2 is a dead game. Everybody should ignore it.

Historically speaking, no SMT game released for a Nintendo system in the last ten years (that I can think of) has ever been ported elsewhere. The same can be said for the Persona games on Sony consoles. It would be an unprecedented change to their previous trends.

It’s not just this game, I want EVERYTHING on Switch because it is so awesome.

That’s beside the point, the point is that Microsoft with the 360 made a lot of effort when it comes to japan and japanese games, and it worked, the system had a lot of japanese games, sold a lot better than the first Xbox in japan and even in the european market, because the european market loves japanese games.

Thanks for the clear, detailed, and concise answer! I haven’t played LoL in years, and Evelynn always looked like she’d be one of my go-to Champs if I ever bothered to learn how to jungle properly—to hear that she’s getting a much-needed rework after so long is pretty cool.

Yes. Yes she was.

Now playing

League of Legends’ stealth assassin Evelynn is next up to get a rework. The 2009 champion will receive an overhaul of her abilities and overall look, as seen in this teaser, in an upcoming patch.

When it comes to usage of this word I was always confused about it. Like when you see gangsta rap, it is used instead of punctuation and is considered acceptable. When you see movies, some characters use it freely. On the streets, it is a greeting, threat, even sign of friendship, acknowledgement or disappointment.

What a great mindset, supporting the free speech of someone means you have the same beliefs. Whatever happened to “I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend with my life your right to say it.”

IDK how much of a difference it makes, but I don’t think Felix is a malicious racist, I think he’s completely ignorant of black people and their history. He comes from a place without a large minority population, he’s young, and spends his time inside playing games and making money.

No Gita. I’m not playing anything with Rabbids.

There was a transgender player a couple years back, but no longer plays in the LCS sadly
