Well it’s time to put my hat in the ring of this pay gap discussion. Don’t really know how many replies I’ll make, so sorry for blowing up your notifications.

Too tired right now, but I’ll be back sometime in the morning to get into this ‘pay gap’ discussion. Mostly me breaking down exactly why each of Taliesin’s_Merlin’s points/sources are misleading and or garbage(if I can). Just leaving this comment here so I don’t have to look for the site.
