Looks like a lot of countries need to learn that there are more than 5 or 6 colors. Either that, or use something other than a friggin’ tri-color. Napoleon’s been dead for a long time. He won’t even mind.

It’s just like Hungary and Bulgaria.

Gordon and Green both missed open shots off the bench, Anderson was completely useless and I hope he doesn’t play again in this series. Starters: Ariza and Tucker were misfiring as well. These guys don’t need to go off and score 10 points a piece, they just need to hit their open shots when they get them and yesterday

Aside from Capela, who has the length and athleticism to stick with Durant, nobody has a chance, but Capela has other shit to worry about.

I agree that Golden State ( well, Curry at least ) wasn’t quite at their best either, but GSW’s bench was much more productive than Houston’s and that’s the difference in the game.

He definitely wasn’t good against anyone and I’m not really sure he knows how to be, but he could at least disrupt shots with the other two. Against KD, he can’t do anything. He can’t guard him in the post. He can’t disrupt his shots. He can’t clog up the passing lanes. Durant’s length completely negates anything

The Rockets, at their best, get big contributions from Harden, Paul and Capela with balanced, supplemental scoring from the rest. They were not that today.

Really? Harden had 41 points on 24 FGA. Nobody else did anything

The “when anyone other than Harden or Paul couldn’t make a shot” part was the killer. Just one of those guys actually hitting his open looks probably more than covers the 13 point gap.

Calling that a flop is more than a little ridiculous. Harden didn’t do anything, he just got shoved and went about his business. He didn’t really flop at all in this game that I can recall. He got some chintzy foul calls by looking for contact, but so did a handful of other guys on both teams.

Zazie Beetz is my favorite part of Atlanta and I want to see her become a superstar, not only because she’s awesome, but because she has the best name in the business.

He was frequently mismatched with KD, who he can’t really do anything about. He doesn’t have the reach to bother him. When he was on Curry or Thompson he was a lot more effective ( not that he’s ever all that good on defense to begin with ).

This wasn’t anywhere close to Houston’s best. The bench did nothing all game and it was still not a very lop-sided game. GSW has a decent advantage now, but it’s still very early to be drawing conclusions.

The look on Curry’s face was the best part of that. He’s like: “WTF you doing already, Draymond? It’s only been a minute.”

LeBron would never go anywhere where he can’t get a max contract.

I would put AD and Harden in that same category and also Westbrook on his good days. Like LeBron and Durant, they all score when they want and there isn’t a whole lot most teams can do about it.

Houston doesn’t need Harden and Paul to both be great to win ( I would argue that Capela is more important to the offense than Paul anyway ), they just need their bench to hit some shots or do... literally anything... like just a lil’ bit, but they weren’t up for it today.

I’m talking about his first yellow card. The foul for jumping off his line was his second yellow, which is why he was sent off.

Ronaldo has one of the sneakier moves, like Alexis Sanchez does. I don’t think either of them actually stop though, they just greatly reduce their forward momentum.

I’m an Arsenal fan, and RVP getting sent off for that bullshit still makes my blood boil. The years have not made that call look any better for sure.
