It seems that Red Bull is placing the blame equally on both.

The last two seasons, he seemed to put his past inconsistencies and mistakes behind him, but they’ve come roaring back in force this year. I wouldn’t be surprised if Grosjean’s Haas, and perhaps F1, days are numbered.
good to see perez on the steps of honour
Well... I got half of what I wanted.
Well, he’s nearly 20 years older than Rubio, so perhaps a speculative movie about Rubio’s life long after basketball.
I think it would be great if Max hits Daniel, Lewis hit’s Valteri and Kimi makes a great start, gains a few positions and hits Sebastian, leaving the midfield teams to fight for the win. Imagine 2 Renaults on the Podium? It would be like jumping back in time 10-odd years.
I really, really wouldn’t.
My point is that simply regulating a power/weight ratio wouldn’t accomplish that. Some cars would be faster on some racks ( like heavier, more powerful cars on tracks with more straights ), and some on others ( say... lighter nimbler cars on tight circuits like Monaco ), but the field would always be stratified. That…
Formula Libre events have the laxest rules ( there’s no formal codification for no rules, obviously, but it’s essentially ‘run what you brung’ ).
It’s the restrictions that make them different. An LMP1 car isn’t too different, structurally, from a Formula 1 car. It’s basically a single-seater with a wider tub and some bodywork.
This would be interesting television, I hate to admit.
The fan car was banned by Can-Am, as was basically anything else that threatened McLaren’s hegemony. The series is romanticized as being far more competitive than it actually was.
The 919 EVO isn’t built to LMP1 rules. The original 919 is not anywhere near faster than an F1 car. It’s not that hard to eclipse racing cars built to set restrictions with one that isn’t.
Power:weight restrictions would only really affect acceleration. Lighter cars would still handle better and more powerful cars would still go faster in a straight line. Weight has very little to do with top speed.
Russian capsules ( Vostock, Voskhod and Soyuz ) are very different in appearance from US ones ( Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, Orion, Dragon, Starliner ... there are a lot of these now! ). Only the new Federation capsule is significantly similar to american designs and even then, it’s quite different.
Maybe it’s a ‘liberum veto’ type situation, giving an equal voice to even the smallest of nobility? Worked out great for the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
You’re conflating the standards for a straight red with those for a yellow. He didn’t just scrape Lacazettes ankle either, he stood on it.
Mistimed tackles are almost always milliseconds late and if they’re dangerous, like this one was, they often receive corrective action from the referee, like this one did.
Would I prefer to see someone new win the Champions League? Sure. I will believe it when I see it though.
The fould you’re talking about with Bellerin was not at all the same thing. He tripped up the Atletico player, but did not step on him. It wasn’t dangerous or reckless play and the player would not have had a clear path to goal like Wilshere did on the first yellow card. In other words: it wasn’t worthy of a booking.
