It happens on my PC as well. It also happens on my tablet, which could be a performance issue, but my PC is no slouch. The pages load in almost instantly and there’s no problem loading GIFs or video. I actually kind of pity him more than I hate him. His insecurity, apparent memory issues and obvious emotional instability ( both of those last two items just scream Alzheimers, BTW ) should absolutely disqualify him from the presidency, but I can’t help but pity him as a person for having to live that way.

There has never ( not since the founding era, at least ) been a president so openly hostile to his predecessor or so focused on undoing anything with their predecessor’s fingerprints on it.
