When they were first throwing those flares to distract the zombies I thought, "They seem to be using a lot of those, I hope they remember to save some for later when they leave." If I thought of it then they should have, because I'm an idiot.

That was my favorite part of the episode. I was totally freaking out (I'm a ninny). What was great was that it seemed she mistook the zombie for Daryl, which is exactly what I did. It did really look like Daryl from the side. She practically walked right into him.
