Here’s my last hot take on the Netflix Marvel Universe: Iron Fist s2 is far better than Jessica Jones s2. 

Despite Hollywood turning the monster into a grunting child, in the book he’s quite euridate and learned how to read in no time. He could very well be stitched up Sherlock Homes by the 21st Century. 

He’s better off leaving Marvel, especially with how Thor: 3 treated the first two installments. I hated that movie because it spent so much time insisting if you liked anything about the previous two you had bad taste.

Unfortunately, Hela wasn’t queen of the realm of Hel. Then all of the Asgardians who died, including the Warriors Three, could have been her army.

I’ve actually had a lot of issues with this season, and it’s because they’re just assuming they’ve had continued seasons up to this point, and as a result they aren’t explaining anything. I’m not saying everything should be resolved or covered, but I’m often left asking “who’s that,” or “wait, when did that happen?”

Oh, are they adding Power Girl to the team?

One of my major gripes about this show is that it feels like a lot of huge moments happen off-screen. It’s a bit like reading the tie-in comics of a crossover, but skipping the main event. I know there’s a very detailed timeline and series bible, but not enough of it makes it to the screen.

I came away from the episode thinking Michael and Spock had a Lannisterian relationship at one point. Maybe she “helped” him through his first pon farr, and things developed from there. But eventually they mutually realized it was inappropriate and ended things, but still have a deep bond. It was just a thought…
