Matt Smith was a kid.  Tennant was definitely young (most of the time).  But they both had outfits that portrayed them as someone confident and respectable (if a bit goofy at times--bow ties are cool!)

Nope.

My understanding is that blasters are plasma bolts (not lasers), so after a certain distance/time, I’m guessing that they fizzle out.

I’m sure that there are plenty of experts here who will correct me in the details (and I welcome it), but... Most swords have multiple “correct” grips. I seem to recall that the katana (probably one of the closest analogs to the lightsabre—despite the name) has 7 “correct” grips.

So... a sequel. Okay.

If that guy were any thinner, he’d be two-dimensional.

he’s portraying one of the least sexy people in the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Wow. Just.... wow.

If I recall correctly, there’s something about Pym Particles making the object keep its mass, but not its weight (or something silly like that).

Yep.  Been corrected twice already.  :)

I’ll disagree with that.

Yeah. Sulfy corrected me on that up above. As penance, I’m re-watching the entire series. ;-)

You forgot about Lucy? Jon will be heartbroken!

Ack! You’re right: 3 seasons. Thanks for the correction.

I was going to comment on the same thing. She’s the lead in Killjoys, and has been for 2 seasons.

So... Is it “OMG! Backlash!!” or is it “a few assholes being assholes online”?

Not really.

If we’re talking about a 2-seater Cessna... Possibly. If we’re talking about a commercial airliner, no.

Having been a professional stagehand for many years (on the live theatre side), I can confirm: If you don’t have cash on the barrel head, you don’t have a crew. The instant they don’t get a paycheck, the entire production shuts down. (And you do not want to face pissed-off stagehands).
