I have much the same experience and reaction. I grew up poor and saw how neighbors and family were treated. Now I wear suits and look part of another class, but inside that poor kid that was the first to get talked to when something was missing/damaged/etc cowers a little.

I think they'll be coy with "Inhuman" as true nerds will giggle every name drop and it builds the name. But, from an in-world perspective, Skye et al don't know they are Inhumans as much as they have some Kree-made DNA thingie. It won't be until some real Inhumans show up that we'll know the name.

Even with my years of background, I enjoy the MCU for just that reason. It's a fresh start that partner and I can enjoy without having to explain, for example, Thor's frog period or seven different Hulks.

Tony's dick nature is just sort of a given, but it was also presented as a war-ravaged world where he was an absolute ruler vs. MLF's magical nations. The state of that world was more the negative than just Stark, imho.

tesseracht is pretty close. Whether or not it's believable, I don't know, but a plot point was Tony et al discussing that a supergenius presented with a problem will always build it thinking they'll do it right this time.
