I've mostly just been dwelling on my exes lately and wondering about what might have been. Facebook doesn't help this situation at all. Their feeds are pretty much all baby photos now. I know it's not healthy but sometimes I just tumble down that rabbit hole.

I think Meliora is a great album all the way through. And their live show is pretty awesome. I like them whether or not they can be called metal. Metalheads tend to just be very particular about what kind of music is acceptable in their genre.

There is definitely a lot of Blue Oyster Cult in there. But I think ABBA is a real influence as well.

The payoff of all the seasons of buildup was pretty terrible. I understood what they were trying to do and all but it was just kind of "Really? That's it? Meh." I won't speculate on what else they could have done with the story but it was definitely underwhelming to say the least.

I actually have never watched The Good Dinosaur. It, along with Cars 2 and now 3 are the only Pixar properties I haven't seen. So I can't honestly speak to it's quality. But surely it can't be as bad as Madagascar 4, or whatever they're on now.
