i was more under the impression that this depiction is hurting the fight to change the idea of what mental illness actually looks like. i’m in the same position as you, and i don’t feel attacked, but i do think this is kind of a tacky design and maybe just a bit in poor taste.

Its not an “inaccurate stereotype of a mentally ill individual” its an accurate depiction of THEIR mentally ill individual. This is no different than complaining that villains can’t be bald because that paints bald men in a bad light.

Are you saying  you don’t take “get back in touch with my roots and really remember why I fell in love with streaming” seriously? I felt that was a really emotional empty statement.

You hit nail on head. The women I’ve known who are as busty as Kaceytron dress more conservatively than the women with A-D size breasts. Anecdotal, yes, but it’s all I’ve got. Point being, it is a purposeful decision.

I think it’s less the cut and more the downwards from high camera angles used to emphasise the low cut nature of the top.

Yea the talking out of both sides of your mouth part of this is completely grating. I hadn’t heard of this person before but the quickest internet search is only glam photos and low cut boob shots. So she shouldn’t “jokingly” refer to herself as a titty streamer, she should very much understand that’s what she does…

I mean it’s pretty obvious. Money. If a company offered me to wear the headphones and they pay me a good amount of money per month just to be using them while I stream I would jump on it.

Wow I am sorry for the people who seem genuinely annoyed that you asked a question.

I’m gonna be honest here, as someone on a budget goes. (Not a streamer though) My free headphones that came with my S9 offer better sound than the $60 turtle beach ones I got, which turned me off from the idea of buying any form of advanced headphones.

I gotta contest the importance of headphones.

There are great flat response studio cans for under $100. Cheap doesn’t necessarily mean they’re not quality.

It’s because most of their stream budget goes to priority equipment like extremely high quality microphones and cameras.

Also just... not everyone is an audiophile. Personally I’ve got an amazing pair of Sennheiser headphones, but most of my friends are perfectly fine with whatever $50 or less pair they use.

if they have cat ears or are airpods or airpod like in design then they are automagically better than N E THING

There are a few streamers that use $500+ Sennheiser headphones.
