Please, PLEASE, will any of these articles ever clarify that in order to receive/watch 4k content from Netflix, you have to subscribe to their highest tier service (4k/4 lines) service. Also you have to stream it from a 4k device or from the internal tv smart app.

I pay $60 a month for Unlimited everything under Sprint. I use anywhere between 5 to 12 gigs a month in data. I usually dole out about 500 or so txts in that time as well. I have rarely found anyone that can carry that for that price. Any suggestions?

Otter box cases are teh same thing with me. They're customer service is really good. You don't need a receipt. They require pictures and a sort of explanation why some of the rubber on the corners has "stretched" and torn thru no fault of your own. I've got 4 otterbox cases replaced at no charge for ipads and phones.
