This is potentially excellent news. Obviously the devil is in the details. But as an owner of an early integra back in the day i will always have a soft spot for that car. 90s Honda was best Honda.

If you can’t down a big gulp and hot dog whilst handling a stick shift, you shouldn’t be driving.

I was shot through my right forearm about 30 years ago. Shifting gears hurts after a while so I buy automatic transmission cars. I guess that’s an excuse but it wasn’t my wife who shot me so am I good?

Fast forward many years and Ford stuffs a Eco-Boost 6 in the Ford GT.... Pisses off all the “car guys” (who don’t understand how physics work.

All reasonable suggestions. I suspect you could get a fairly good late-model GTI for $15k as well. I loved my 2010.  It was fun, but not overly powered. Handled exceptionally well. Lots of room in the 4 door. And many of the conveniences we expect in newer cars.

You can acknowledge the triumph that these flights represent and still be fully aware of the massive inequalities and abuses that made them possible. It’s exciting to feel like we’re in the midst of a new space race, but that doesn’t change the fact that Jeff Bezos achieved his massive fortune by doing everything…
