Thank you everyone for your responses to this. I don’t know all that much about alopecia and I am genuinely interested in the effects of it on humans. I will check peer reviewed studies when I get some free time from school this summer.
Is there a correlation between alopecia areata and wearing wigs for prolonged periods of time? I’m curious about that.
