Deleted my dvr recording of this show at the 18 minute mark. The writers have failed this season. Just awful. Still the occational laugh but it's a lot more rare these days. The actors are great but they can only do so much with what they are given to say.

This episode and total season get a C from me. First season was a D in my book, so it's improving.

I agree. Lopez has a more raspy voice that Armisen should have nailed. However the face/movement was killer.

I FF through the Vogelchecks skits at this point. You know what it's going to be. It was funny the first time and not every time after.

5 very solid laughs for me: Armisen, Sudekis, and Hader in the Kelly Ripa sketch. Segel in the mattress sketch. The digital short. Everything else was IMO mediocre, lame, or not funny. Emma Stone episode was better. I root for Jason Segel and think 'The Muppets' will be great.

Ellie Kemper is for sure going to be a big actor post Office. Sorry.

Spot on mate.

This.

Last night's episode was so bad it made me sad. It's especially glaring when I watch this after smiling throughout 'Parks and Rec'.

This.

"I wonder if they rotate the cue cards for him."
I was thinking the exact same thing after the monologue. My guess is yes.

Nor do I Mister Jump To Ridiculous Conclusions. Junior.

If they keep turning out turds like this episode, the ratings will drop (if they haven't already).

Some funny lines but otherwise the worst Office episode in a long time. Wow did that suck.

Like I said before I watch this show because mediocre writing can be just as valuable to a writer as great examples of writing. The best is to watch a well written show immediately before or after viewing a mediocre one like this one.

Show continues to disappoint. "Tim" is cringeworthy. Rasta Monsta story-line is so lame. I can't give 2 fucks about it (despite loving Luis Guzman).

Charlie Day is so damn likable. Loved him during the monologue.

My initial post was not a tirade by any means. I simply professed my opinion of this show.

Jesus dude. Relax. Why are you so rattled that I think the show is incredibly mediocre?

I realized after last night's episode why I hate this show so much. I am not emotionally invested in any of these characters. Not even in the slightest. (Wait, one exception, Lake Bell's. And that's only in the slightest.)
