That is why you don’t use those websites. There is no benefit to them, and all it does is expose your neighbors inner workings and feelings (and that shit doesn’t need to be know). It definitely happens. I had wife and three kids under 3 yo in Jacksonville airport, and we were totally overwhelmed. TSA took us out of line and brought us through with no scans whatsoever. They were super nice and helpful, and like you said - no one in line was mad.
