You continue to make things up that you want to believe. There were plenty of rioters from the BLM protests who were arrested without incident.  Instead of childish name calling, you could give some evidence to support your conspiracy theory.  

Uh.. No it doesn’t.  It’s used daily for when people of all races are arrested.  Making up claims of racism only water down the real incidents.

I don’t understand the whining about “taken into custody without incident”. That’s a very common phrase to describe an arrest. The description has nothing to do with the reason he was arrested.
