That’s not true. The defendant doesn’t have to do anything. He could sit there quietly and the burden is on the state. The problem is that judges/juries are people (prone to errors) and “beyond a reasonable doubt” is subjective.

The headline is purposely misleading. The employers cannot “take away your birth control”. They just don’t want to pay for it. I’m not sure why people feel so entitled to have others pay for them.

Neither one is very difficult. People just make poor choices.

More important is to only take vacations that you can afford to pay for. You will lower your stress by not getting into debt up to your eyeballs.

I doubt they are recording people, but it definitely isn’t too difficult to do. They don’t need to interpret everything, just pick up on some keywords.
