Yeah rave reviews that I believe that were rave to support the show and ended up achieving the opposite.
It really annoys me when I see all reviewers over-hyping about a show and after watching it to realize they just try to support/promote it for whatever reason. Doh..

Better Off Ted was really funny!
This so far is not even simply funny.

A- ???
sometimes the AV Club grades make me doubt my sanity.
then I realize I should doubt the reviewers and their "loyalty" to creators, actors and writers. "How can I give a bad grade for the pilot coming from Parcs and Recs ppl or our beloved Veronica Mars?". Well I love both P&R and K.Bell and I think that A- is

Surprisingly I found it entertaining and I will give it a chance.
I just hope they gonna do this meta thing and show us Sutherland watching Roslin on BSG :)

So many episodes to fill when you make 2 seasons for a show that should be 1 season, 1 and a half top.
Well the whole "lets focus on Pablo's family thing" is simply boring and it is not working.
Cause I dunno the writing is so lame that no matter what they are trying you cannot feel any kind of sympathy for him or his

I really enjoyed Fortitude but Trapped is so much better, even if a tad different . Trapped is a whodunit
(mild spoilers for Fortitude)

A show that would like to expose America's dark obsession with superficiality? naaaaah…
I think it is more like a contest of how much worst can we do this horrible "characters" act every week. For how long can someone care to watch how worst hell can be?

at least in Sleepy Hollow you could root for the good guys..

Already did since last episode.
I am not sure that S2 does something different than S1. I believe it is pretty much the same thing.
I think the problem is with the show's nature.
Every key character is a sociopath villain doing horrible things to others, again and again and again.
In other words, what is the point of

You enjoy this season so much, that at one point you wonder if VEEP has became your fav comedy ever.
And then comes this guy and ruins (?) everything.
I am kind of tired by TV creators & their egos who let their shows get drown in the sea of their own ambition.
I truly hope they gonna manage to save this mess next year,

Right now I am not happy with this. AT ALL.
Of course I will give it a chance next season, but..well I am a tad angry cause I really enjoyed most of this season so much…
Anyway… we shall see..

I watched GOT regularly for 4 and a half seasons. I am not sure it explored anything of the above after a while. I quit being a regular viewer cause I found it repetitive and with the formula "make the audience enjoy the good guys revenge" having more importance than the characters themselves.

Good! Cause there is a (very) tall blonde out there who is very available.

is that bad? the fan service full time thingy?
mind you, I am not a fan, but what is wrong with keeping
ppl happy?

I personally do not watch much of GOT because of the exact points the reviewer makes. But I do not review the darn thing! I believe that reviewers should enjoy or at least understand the kind of the show they review. Not necessary like it but at least get it!

Realism is not the case with GOT. Which is not a bad thing for GOT but not something you should bother yourself with. Take Arya's scene for example. It is completely unrealistic what she has done, but who cares? Old Frey got the end he deserved.

I understand the reviewer's points, on the other hand this is what GOT has been all along: building up great moments of doom followed by great moments of triumph. It is an extremely well made roller coaster of shocking moments and twists and vengeance.

You missed the "IMHO."

One of the best TV series I have ever watched. And I am not even a fan of the genre!
Amazing casting with some incredible acting, especially from Eva Green.
Thanks to all crew and cast involved.
Can I please hope for (tv) movie one day?

that "END" before the credits was even more devastating than loosing Miss Ives.
