My guess that their frustration made them go with Alicia asap. But still, they can easily leave if they realize she cannot offer them the proper law services.
The truth is I have no clue how things work in cases like this. Maybe a lawyer here to give us some insight ?

They move because of Alicia. The know Alicia (since they have worked with her while she was in LG, FAL). Plus their frustration towards Diane makes me easily to decide to work with someone who left Diane;s firm.

I will try not to disappoint!!!
although I am still not motivated enough to watch episode no 2… oh well!

Episodes like this one make you wonder if you hate the Kings or love them.
Hate them for what they did with Diane's character or love them that they achieved making Grace such a fun character after 6 seasons of her being mostly annoying.

I think it was way too obvious and predictable.

I am surprised people liked it so much.

*faints*

what a fun episode this was!
We got great Eli scenes (oh the scene where Ruth knock on his door while he was spying on her!!). We got Nora! We got fun Alicia (oh the expression on Peter's face when Alicia told him to have sex).
We got a nice interesting case. We got Vanessa Williams. We got Jackie and Howard.

Nora MUST team up with Sue from "Veep".
I dunno how, but "Veep" people you MUST find a way for this crossover to happen. SOON.

Arrow is having such a fun season so far, I can't even bothered with the issues the review points. It doesn't matter. I even find the flashbacks bearable.. :O

He feels betrayed cause he thought Peter was his friend. He is angry I guess, maybe with himself mostly.

When Ruth gave that drink to Eli, did anyone else thought of Justified and shouted "no Eli don't drink this"??

I would watch a spin-off of PI Jason. With Nora as his assistant. And Eli as his main client assigning him cases.

What a fun episode this was!
Every scene in the lair was just amazing pure fun.
I love Arrow this season.

She is so cliche and perfect that I expect every moment to see that evil grin that would make her a creepy villain.

The Middle.
Best sitcom on TV right now.
I clearly can't think of anything else that beats the balance of this show.
(and I am talking about sitcoms/comedy not about depressive-hissy-grim-meanie-full-with-negativiy-over the top half hour shows that for an unknown reason are considered comedies)

So far, in the first two episodes, last season's dumb ideas keep haunting The Good Wife.
The abandonment of Florrick Agos Lockhart in favor of the worst plot in the history of the show, has left its marks and there is no healing in sight.

went to pursue a filming career

Phew!!
First episode of season 4 is already much better than the whole 3rd season.
I really like the new Oliver and his relationship with Felicity has been really improved. I wasn't a fan of Olicity as I thought there was no chemistry between the two. But they fixed that and now I really like them. Kudos to writers and

I vote for Diggle, the whole "I am not forgiving you yet" could climax to a very dramatic death scene.
