yeah a lot of these “woe is AMC” conveniently leave that aspect out, other theater chains like Cinemark are doing fine because they weren’t losing money through several bad business decisions beforehand like AMC was.

What many stories reporting on AMC’s financial woes conveniently leave out is the fact that much of their bad situation was self-inflected, even before COVID was a thing they’d been losing money for years through a series of bad business decisions so my sympathy for them is limited.

I’ve seen videos of them running on the older consoles on Youtube and the game still looks quite good, not as amazing as PC obviously but nowhere near as bad as some people have made it out to be.
